CPR & BLS TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for a CPR, BLS, First Aid, or other training course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed only after the required payment has been received. Class fees must be paid according to the payment options provided during registration
2. Class Attendance
Students are responsible for arriving on time and completing all required portions of the course. Late arrival may result in the student being unable to participate or complete the course.
- Certification
Certification is issued only to students who successfully complete all required course components and skills testing.
Where applicable, courses use American Heart Association (AHA) curriculum, and eligible students receive the applicable AHA course completion card.
- Rescheduling
Students who need to change their class date should contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to class availability and may be subject to a fee.
- Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is received.
Cancellations made within the applicable cancellation period may qualify for a refund.
Late cancellations, missed classes, or no-shows may are non-refundable.
Course materials or other fees may not be refundable once provided.
Specific refund terms displayed during registration will apply to the student’s booking.
- No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the class fee. A new registration may be required to attend another class.
- Student Responsibilities
Students must:
Provide accurate registration information.
Follow instructor directions.
Participate in required hands-on skills.
Treat instructors and other students respectfully.
Follow all safety procedures.
- Course Completion
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, licensure, admission to a school or program, or acceptance by a particular employer or organization.
Students are responsible for confirming that the selected certification meets the requirements of their employer, school, licensing board, or other organization.
- Class Changes
We reserve the right to change class dates, times, locations, or instructors when necessary. If we cancel or significantly change a class, students will be notified and offered available options.
- Photography and Recording
Students may not photograph, record, livestream, or reproduce course materials, testing materials, or other students without permission.
- Intellectual Property
Course materials, handouts, presentations, graphics, videos, and other training content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Participation in hands-on CPR/BLS training involves physical activity. Students should inform the instructor of any condition that may affect their ability to safely participate.
By registering, the student agrees to participate responsibly and follow instructor safety instructions.
- Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- Agreement
By registering for a class, submitting payment, or participating in training, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
